The Publicis Commerce India Practice started with 2 key members in Aug 19. Now we are a tribe of 10 individuals, each with specialist skills and knowledge in strategy, creative, content, performance media, tech and operations. Global Petcare Brand
Diwali season means shopping season and our clients wanted to convert that enthusiasm into growth, but new brands were using the same occasion to launch and offer steep discounts to capture share.
Created a plan to budget media resources and efforts per SKU & ASIN, treating each as a business of its own. Matched each SKU & ASIN to the right media type and consumer segment, who were hosted on a landing page optimized for conversion. We tracked competitive behavior and broke the marketing calendar down to the hour, to capture key opportunities daily.
We leveraged the data and experience that only we had due to our position as incumbents, with our deep relationships with the major marketplaces & retailers.
Increased ROAS by x 7. Saw an increase of 35% in CTR. 15% lower CPC.
Global Confectionary Brand
The brand wanted to be known for gifting, not only tied to mass calendar moments such as Valentine's Day or New Years. As it shifted its online presence from B2B to a B2C focus.
Leveraged our own data and data partnerships to drive search traffic to our new D2C presence. We used a Longtail keyword strategy to avoid wastage on high CPC and competitive keywords. Our dynamic creative was constantly being optimized for conversion, mapped to micro segments on social media.
We broke the record for highest number of orders on the platform ever. The majority of sales came from our personalized gifting SKUs as opposed mass occasion themed SKUs.
