Publicis Commerce at Advertising Week 2021

Advertising Week 2021 is back! Advertising Week has always been one of the most important conferences in the advertising industry and continues to be, especially as it marks one of the first major shows to come back in full force and, more importantly, in person.

Brands, agencies and vendors got together in New York to discuss some of the biggest challenges facing the industry and the Publicis Commerce team was there to highlight the growth that Commerce experiences during the pandemci, some of its current pain points and where we see the industry marching to in the future.

Our EVP and North Amercian Practice Lead Amy Lanzi participated in multiple panels this week including:

On Monday, she sat down with Pacvue President and Co-Founder Melissa Burdick and Colgate-Palmolive GM of Digital Commerce in North America Diana Haussling to talk about how brands can best utilize and maximize the growing selection of retail media offerings and capabilities.

Later that day, Amy spoke with TikTok’s President of Global Business Solutions Blake Chandlee about the emerging opportunities of community commerce and how brands are thinking about TikTok and the next stage of innovation – whether it be sound/audio, creating a newsroom approach to tackle micro or cultural moments or breakthrough content and creative on the platform.

On Wednesday, Amy also participated in a panel with Kroger SVP of Precision Marketing Cara Pratt and Spark Foundry SVP/Director Amanda Mollet, where they discussed the consumer-centric future of programmatic media and the unique partnerships and capabilities that will bring innovation to the next level in the programmatic space.

It was a busy week but was so great to be back in person with all of our colleagues. What was your favorite session you attended?
