Warc, TikTok and Publicis Groupe Unveil New Community Commerce Research

Driving new opportunities with creator-driven marketing

As the popularity and influence of social platforms continue to grow, community commerce is rapidly evolving to provide an innovative, effective and fast-paced way for brands and retailers to sell directly to consumers.  Community commerce is creator-driven word-of-mouth marketing with the potential to help to increase unplanned purchases by narrowing the funnel between product discovery and purchase. 

We partnered with Warc and TikTok to develop a whitepaper featuring contributions from C-suite marketers from brands including Monster, Mondelez, Denny's, Samsung Electronics America, Nestle, and Disney Parks & Experiences offers insight on the value of connecting with these communities to create a genuine value exchange. Methodology The whitepaper is based on a three-step workflow:

1. A global survey of 2,230 consumers across 11 markets inclusive of the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the US, Canada, Indoenesia, KSA, UAE and Brazil

2. One-on-one interviews with 18 marketing leaders from across advertisers and agencies.

3. Secondary experty review of the latest best practice and existing proprietary research.
